Upon arrival you will be greeted and immediately receive your credentials, then be transferred to Camp Ashar via luxury bus.

Like our guests from Riyadh, you will receive your credentials upon arrival and be transferred via luxury bus to AZIMUTH Festival.

You will be greeted with welcome refreshments on arrival, followed by lunch. AZIMUTH staff will be on hand to guide you through the programme and answer any queries you may have.

A Michelin-starred gastronomic experience served by another of our A-list chefs, Jeremiah Stone & Fabian von Hauske of Contra, NY. Similar to the lunch programme yet dramatically different in execution, dinner will be a further reflection of the rich history of collaboration found in Al Ula.

As soon as your feet hit the ground at Al Ula Airport, you will receive your credentials and be transferred via luxury SUV to Camp Ashar. Inside the SUV snacks and drinks will be provided.

Arrivals from Jeddah

Like our guests from Riyadh, you will receive your credentials upon arrival and be transferred via luxury SUV to Camp Ashar. Inside the SUV snacks and drinks will be provided.

On arrival you will be swiftly checked in, transferred to your accommodation and introduced to your butler. Inside your room you will find welcome packs and custom cocktails created for AZIMUTH by master mixologists, Mr Lyan Studio.

Once you have settled into your accommodation you will be invited to relax and enjoy the many natural wonders of Camp Ashar. Alternatively you may opt to pre-book an excursion or some time at the Camp Ashar Spa.

After lunch you will have time to return to your accomodation and prepare for the evening events.

Guest Transfer

After enjoying the beautiful sunset you will be transferred by luxury SUV to Dinner at Sass Café of Monaco.

Dinner will be accompanied by musical entertainment. After dinner your luxury SUV will transport you back to Camp Ashar.

Sunrise Performance

At sunrise, you will enjoy a behind the scenes look at filming of our feature length AZIMUTH documentary on the festival site.

Excursions or Desert X

After the Sunrise Performance you will have an option of returning to your accommodation to relax or taking one of the excursions on offer. These can be found on page 15 and booked via experiencealula.com

After lunch you will return to Camp Ashar where you will have time to pack and prepare for departure.

Elephant Rock

If you are an early departing guest you will be transferred straight to Al Ula Airport. If you are traveling later you will be invited to enjoy all of the amenities of the iconic landmark, Elephant Rock.
